What our Members say

We at Team Construction are pleased to be one of the ongoing member sponsors of the SICA Golf Tournament as well as having the opportunity to participate in other areas. We at Team Construction are privileged to have been on the board of directors of SICA to represent our industry and further advocate, educate and invest in the future of the Okanagan.

Glass Canada
From illustrious insider (in Britain) to novelty newcomer, with my British accent in the BC Interior, I entered the BC construction industry with a mountain to climb and I don’t just mean the hills surrounding us. Joining SICA and attending their regular events has helped me to integrate into the professional community, share industry knowledge and best of all makes for a fun way to connect without the formality of a work environment.

Total Power
We used to have to rely on numerous vendors to acquire training and now I just pick up the phone and call SICA. They have been able to find, create or modify courses for every request. SICA is our main resource for training.

I have had a great experience working with SICA as we were able to offer a training program that fit the participants first which made the training program very successful. SICA and OTDC worked together to make every participant's experience to fun to learn atmosphere by showing the participant respect and making them feel they were an important part of the training program and all were successful.
